Dr. Harry Alfred Khasigian, MD

I have had the great fortune to have this orthopedics as our team doctor in high school football back in the day, to repair my arm after a terrible car wreck years later, and currently for a complicated revision of a knee replacement of a less experienced surgeon. In every instance, especially now when everything is at stake, I'm certain I have the best orthopedics for the task. The respect for him and ease with which other doctors on my care team interface with his excellent staff is rare these days. I appreciate it folks. You have no idea.

The best thing you can do is stay away from this guy.

I just went for a consultation and he twisted my leg around, and hurt it. I wasn't able to walk for days, and I was in extreme pain. It was entirely unnecessary.

Terrible dr. Has no respect for patients. He is a condescending person who thinks you are slime.

I had a trip and fall at work that required Spine Surgery! Although I think the surgery was successful, I have been left with some radicular pain, left leg weakness, left foot numbness, and weight gain. The Medical Unit, as it seems they always do with this particular insurance company, "stacked-the-deck" and provided only defense (insurance oriented) QME's. I was stuck and/or forced going to this guy; after a process of elimination between the insurance company and my attorney. I could tell by meeting with him that he questioned my integrity and blamed all of my complaints as subjective, in my head, and as a result of an injury I had in the military in the 80's. I'm a male and also found it odd (if not improper) that his "female receptionist" was in the exam room for most of the evaluation; adding her two-cents here and there. When I read his report, I was simply appalled by all of the blatant defense oriented language used in basically stating that nothing was wrong with me. … How do I know about defense language and know he's defense oriented? I've been a workers' compensation claims examiner for almost 27-years... Stay away from this doctor as a QME. Please, please try to find a FAIR and IMPARTIAL physician; which Dr. Khasigian clearly isn't!

He is not a good doctor. He is going to cause someone to meet the grim reaper if he hasn't already.

I wrote a bad review on healthgrades and they took it down. Infact, they took down every negative review about Harry Khasigian. Curious. Healthgrades seems to protect bad doctors. Anyway, Harry Khasigian is just a very bad doctor all around. He should really retire. The more damage he does to you, the more money he makes with big procedures later.

The review below me is obviously fake. This guy is really bad. Just save yourself a lot of hardship and stay away, unless you like to be treated like an animal.

Dr. Khasigian is a great doctor, very knowledgeable. Takes the time to discuss your options and any questions.
