Doctor and staff are friendly, professional and efficient

Very disappointed with Dr. Kolodner's optical dept. Disrespectful in handling a return for a full refund. Puzzled that after being a patient of Dr. Kolodner for almost 8 years and purchasing glasses/lenses at their prices (overpriced) that I have been dismissed and advised that I can no longer purchase from them again. Fortunately, they opened a new door and I will no longer go back to see Dr. Kolodner again. He can thank his optical dept. for losing a patient of nearly 8 years to another ophthalmologist.

Dr. Kolodner was extremely thorough, performed many of tests himself that formerly I had had done by a tech. Spent a goodly amount of time discussing problems and potential problems, and gave me advice on things I could do. I would highly recommend him.

In summer, I had a threat to my vision that got me to Dr. Kolodner's office every 2 weeks, for months. What could have been a real pain turned out to be not only tolerable, but quite welcome, thanks to the charming and efficient staff. The doctor's kindness, expertise and great communication about the dangers of my affliction helped me get through it. I'd recommend him, and them, to anyone, particularly someone with a serious problem.

I think he has high ethics, very professional. I visited him many times because my eye's problems. Once I was waiting with a few patients,I said to an old lady that he was so good. The old lady sitting with her husband said," oh yes, he is the best,I have seen him for 25 years."
