Dr. Harry Hui Lin, MD

Very bad experience! First of all, unlike most other doctors, this doctor does not take credit card, he only accepts cash. Maybe for some tax reasons? The Doctor didn't do any check up and give a ridiculously high bill. They did not honor the price they promised and send me a bill much high. Stay away from this dark place.

I have seen Dr. Lin for many years. He is a very kind doctor who always spends adequate time with me and listens to my concerns. He has also helped my father with blood pressure and blood sugar issues for years.

The old lady at reception is not friendly at all.

I like the doctor fine--he took his time with me and treated my conditions well. But I have NEVER encountered worse staff. Every time I see this doctor, a receptionist calls me months later and tells me I didn't pay--even though they cashed the check. Then they make me send them proof! They are also very rude when I'm there. I like Dr. Lin, but it's not worth being talked to rudely and have to prove that I paid with a check that they already cashed. Find another doctor with a more professional and courteous staff!

Horrible doctor, Don't spent time with patient. All he think is money, money....

I have been seeing Dr. Lin, he is my primary physician. He is great and explains every detail very well. Setting appointments is very easy knowing that he usually sees a lot of people and the waiting room is always packed. He is Asian and has a lot of Asian patients. So that's expected. The weirdest thing though, that I was scheduling an appointment because of abdominal pain but rather than asking me the reason of why I was calling to schedule an appointment to see him, they assume I was there to see him for immigration issue. I was surprised and confused at the same time. Also it took 10 minutes for me to schedule an appointment because they cannot find my file and I am not a new patient.

Dr. Lin spent less than two mins for the phisical exam. Did not even check anything. I do not think that he should get pay. How can I report to insulance company? They set many appointment at the same time.

The front desk in the office have always been very nice and accommodating and in emergencies have always squeezed me in. Dr. Lin has always taken the time to see me and answer my questions in a courteous manner. I have been a patient of them for over 6 years and highly recommend them.

Dr. Lin doesn't offer much advise or spend much time with me each time i visit. I barely review doctors online but I am very angry at one of his front desk nurse. He usually has two nurses, and the older one always answer my calls in a very cold tone. For once i needed to see two doctors in a week, so i called twice, and told her my last name. Immediately she said: "Aren't you the one who asked for a referral yesterday? We gave you already." She sounded very annoyed. Very very rude. It really made me upset.
