Dr. Harry Roy Ruth, MD

didn't listen to me about my symptoms. Performed a test which they called coded as surgery that cost me a lot of $ that I was unaware of. Very unsatisfied.

I think that Dr. Ruth is horrible. He is very rude and uncaring. I wouldn't take my Goldfish to see him.

I have had nothing but good visits with Dr. Ruth. He was quick to diagnose my ear problem and performed surgery. That was 10 years ago and my ear is doing well. On occasion I have had to wait to see the Dr., but I realize there are emergencies and some office procedures require more time than others. No one should fault a Dr. for spending all the time they need to care for their patient. Stop and think; what if you were the patient requiring alittle extra time for a diagnosis or procedure.

My first visit to Dr. Ruths office wasn't very nice. First off the secretary was not nice. She also scheduled me for 1:15 even though no one gets back into the office until 1:30. So I got to wait forever. Next, I ordered ear plugs because I have problems with swimming. I ordered them because my birthday was coming up and I was going to a water park. The women I saw told me they would take 7-10 days to come in. But she said its usually 7. But when that time came around, they were not in yet. So I waited ten days....still not in. So I get to carry around a bottle of swimmers ear throughout the whole water park and I also get to be miserable the whole time because of the pain. So thanks for nothing!
