Dr Jones saved my son’s life after a post tonsillectomy hemorrhage. He would not be here today if it wasn’t for him. His team is amazing!

Worst experience I have ever encountered at a doctors office. The staff was unprofessional and not prepared at all. Lost my paper work, gave me attitude when I didn’t have a med list the “receptionist” didn’t give me to complete. Dr. Jones was not a personable person AT ALL; I’ve had better conversations with my pets. He couldn’t answer any of the questions that I had, gave no advice and literally said sorry and walked out of the exam room leaving me sitting there so I left and won’t be returning. I talked to three nurses in the Blessing System who said he is not the person to go to unless you want treated badly. I will go back to SIU Med for my medical needs. 0/5 stars.

Dr Jones is an excellent doctor and provides superb patient care.

They do not call you back, don't verify insurance unless you hound them and then don't advise you of any needed changes. I was schedule for surgery 4 months ago, but had to change my insurance 2 weeks before the date. Advised them of the insurance change by v/m of course because the surgical coordinator doesn't answer the phone, called 2 times a day to see if any other information was needed and again no one answered or called me back. When I finally did get a hold of here it was 2 days before the surgery and she advised me that she hadn't given my updated insurance information to whom ever and would need to cancel my surgery until it was verified. She stated that she would call me as soon as she knew. 1 month later still no call from her, even though I have called and left her v/m messages begging for a call back and asked the receptionists to send her emails requesting a call back and status update. Meanwhile I have to explain to my boss that I don't know when I will need the time… off but I will need it not to mention making sure I have someone with me when I have surgery, so they will need to notify their supervisor as well as well as making sure that my children will have the proper supervision. Unfortunately, as GREAT as Dr. Jones and the ladies in his office staff are, I am going to have to find a different ENT so that my health can be managed properly.

Dr. Jones is extremely knowledgeable and if he hadn't sent me to Piedmont for a Barium Swallow Test I would of never known my Esophagus was c shaped after a neck surgery at Grady.

Dr. Jones and his staff at the Stockbridge location is phenomenal. Your ear, nose, or throat may be hurting soooo bad but once you're in the room with Dr. Jones I promise he'll make you feel better...the atmosphere changes and he brighten your smile...he's NOT like other doctors who are in and out, ask one question and doesn't let you answer it, fill you up with all those meds, nor give you the wrong diagnosis. Oh yeah he is hilarious.

Dr. Jones sits down with you he explains very clearly what's going on he has great bedside manner I give him 4 stars

MY WAIT AT THIS OFFICE WAS 1 HOUR & 45 MINUTES!!!! AFTER FINALLY BEING CALLED BACK TO WAIT ANOTHER 15 MINUTES B/4 DR. JONES CAME IN THE ROOM. UPON INQUIRING OF HIS NURSE ASSISTANT IF MY WAIT TIME WAS THE "NORMAL" I WAS SUBJECTED TO HER TAKING OFFENSE AT BROACHING THE "TIME WAIT" SUBJECT & WAS TREATED WITH EXTREME RUDENESS AS WELL AS HER RAISING HER VOICE LOUDLY IN RESPONSE. DR JONES PERSONALLY WAS VERY POLITE BUT HE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO REIGN IN HIS OBNOXIOUS NURSE!!!!

Receptionist on a personal call upon my arrival. Did not get off for 5 minutes to speak with me. Doctor Jones started a procedure and forgot what he was doing. Numbed my nose and forget why and I had to go back in to examination room for him to complete the laser procedure.
