Excellent surgeon, great sense of humor, knowledgeable, simply the best

Dr, Stambaugh surgically removed a cyst (from my forehead!) a few months ago. He was patient in explaining the procedure to me, which helped put me at ease. The result is just amazing, and the scar is barely visible. This is truly an exceptional doctor, very skilled at diagnostics, surgery, and aesthetics. Truly a top notch physician!

You might wait in the waiting room a little longer than you like but the wait is worth it!!! This doctor is amazing He did my Thyroidectomy in May. I was super nervous he made me feel comfortable my scar looks great he made my incision perfectly straight If I had to do it all over I would still go to him He is worthy of more than 4 stars !!!!

Dr. Stambaugh was highly recommended by my Endocrinologist for my Total Thyroidectomy and Lipoma neck excision. However, I still checked Dr. Stambaugh's credentials and found out that not only is he an Ear, Nose Throat Specialist but also a Plastic Surgery Specialist with 35 years experience and affiliated with at least 6 reputable hospitals. Armed with this information,, I was convinced he was the right Surgeon for me. On 5 May 2014, I was scheduled for a Total Thyroidectomy. I woke up in the recovery room with my voice intact, no pain and thankfully, no complications whatsoever. 2 weeks later, the sutures were removed and I was very happy to see in the mirror that the sutures were strategically done in the crease of my neck. The best part was, the sutures were not noticeable at all. This is precisely why I preferred a Head and Neck Surgeon who is also a Plastic Surgeon. It was a work of art. 6 weeks later, I returned to Dr. Stambaugh for a Lipoma neck excision. Once again,… all went well from start to finish. My family and friends join me in applauding Dr. Stambaugh for his surgical skill, his sense of humanity that I have experienced undergoing 2 operations with him, and his ability to relate to my needs and provide excellent care pre/post surgery. I took the time to write this lengthy but deserving review because Dr. Stambaugh has truly exceeded all our expectations. To say nothing about this good and skillful surgeon is tantamount to depriving patients in search of the finest and best surgeons. It would also be remiss not to extend my gratitude and appreciation of his surgical skills and exemplary patient care.

This is a highly recommended physican..After a positive experience in the office we were unfortunetely an emergency room attendees and he was totally accessible and patient as he waited 3 hours for our arrival. I very positive experience during a difficult time.
