I have been a patient of his for about 20 years. I would not change doctors I dread the day he retires.

Very careing and understanding, really listens to what you tell him. He will spend more than five minutes with you. I would recommend him to anyone.

Staff was discourteous during initial call for appointment. Staff was impolite during initial visit, wait time was excessive. Dr. Patel seemed competent, however, upon placing a follow-up phone call, he apparently didn't understand, didn't remember our conversation or didn't adequately relay instructions to his staff. During follow-up phone call to staff was informed they had no knowledge of my medical necessities or requests. Staff phoned later regarding the follow-up phone call regarding referrals whereupon I was subjected to extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness with the staff member refusing to listen when I spoke; interrupting me, cutting me off at each attempt to speak and raising her voice over mine; repeating the same directions superfluously despite my affirmation of understanding the instructions, willingness to assist and agreement to comply; when finally forced to raise my voice above hers in an effort to be heard staff member hung up. Went to office the next day to… make appointment with Dr. Patel in order to remedy any incorrect inferrences and clarify my needs/requests and was subjected to a shouted verbal assault and barrage of insults by yet another staff member and handed a letter of termination of services.

dr. patel is a very good dr. he's very caring & very patiene .takes the time to listen.
