Dr. Lianke Mu, MD

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Mu. From the moment I walked in, he was dismissive, condescending, and showed no concern for me as a patient. His bedside manner was nonexistent—he was rude, rushed through the appointment, and didn’t take the time to ask questions or allow me to ask any of my own. I felt completely unheard and disrespected. As a patient, I expect a doctor who listens, explains, and genuinely cares about my well-being, but that was not the case here. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and unheard. If you’re looking for an endocrinologist who values their patients and provides compassionate care, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Dr Mu’ s office is very friendly and efficient. Dr Mu cares about his patients and concerned about their well being. He is an awesome diabetic doctor.

Rude doctor. He claimed I could not comprehend what he was saying. How can a person comprehend when you don’t understand his english? No compassion at least not for me anyway. When I did not go back, I received a letter that he would tell my primary doctor on me.....I was the one that insisted on going to an endocrinologists to start with not my primary doctor. The doctor that worked in same suite with him appeared to have a great personality and would consider going to him.

Office staff is rude and the it gets even worse when you get to the back office the only nice person there is a lady that takes your blood. although once when I went in for bloodwork the woman had to listen to her marykay conference while taking my blood.. I don't want a person with a needle in my vein distracted.

Secretary over books patients for the two doctors and has no compassion for patients time and scedule and has ineptitude concerning scheduling and patients valuable timetime and busy schedule. Doctor needs retire secretary and hire a more efficient appointment scheduler. There is no reason for everyday patients waiting 3 hours see a doctor and secretary blaming doctor for her ineptitude in scheduling patients. A patients time is just as valuable as the doctors. If appointments are made late evening then they make sure you are seen because they are tired and want to get home at night. Very rude make patients wait 1 to 3 hours each visit. Hire a new scheduler who knows what they are doing.

Dr. Mu always spends enough time with me, so that I completely understand lab results and medications. He also types a review of our appointment each time, so there are no misunderstandings. The office staff is horrible :( They are rude and act as if you have ruined their day by approaching their window.
