The change in staff has helped out so much, I am so happy now to go to the Dr office instead of being scared to go. Dr Dayton is kind and caring and takes time to talk to me about all of my questions. The staff at this office are so kind now!!!! They changed this office!

My parent is a patient and I am their caregiver and PLEASE BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU THEY are absolutely the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with! You call and they don’t give the nurse or doctor your messages. They screen the calls when you call again and they just IGNORE your calls because they have caller ID. If you are crafty and block your number they MAY accidentally answer but STILL don’t pass on your messages or call you back with ANY direction at all. If they wanted to make decisions on people’s healthcare they should have gone to medical school. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, catty, petty, sarcastic, and DEFINITELY deserving of some type of consequences for their behavior! I don’t imagine if it was their father or mother or son or daughter they would think it was game and jack with people’s care for their own sick entertainment. But that is absolutely how they make you feel! They act like they are God almighty in total control! I do take comfort in the fact that… it’s written we reap what we sow and there will be a time in their lives where they need compassion and will get NONE and hopefully suffer in pain and agony the way they make sick people suffer out of hatefulness

This Dr must have an overloaded schedule. The receptionist is not very pleasant ,the nurses never call you back,they cant seem to get prescriptions called in unless you call and hound them about it.The Dr. Is ok but not worth seeing because of his poor staff.

Dr. Dayton is not too bad and his receptionist at the window is nice,but some of the nurses he has are really disrespectful and rude. If it was me I would fire their a*s! Some people in the world have to work for a living and just can't come in to see the doctor whenever and this doctor office will not call in a refill unless you come in. Also if you are just 2 minutes late and even though they are supposed to stay open until 12:00 noon on Friday,they will lock the door at 11:30 and say they are closed. 2 minutes! Really! Come on!!! Most doctors these days do not care about their patients,just about the money!!! They don't like to wait on a patient for 2 minutes but they expect you to wait for hours sometimes just to see them!

I called to see if Dr. Dayton was accepting new patients, We are new to the area and he is on the "in network" list for our health insurance, I asked the receptionist and was promptly told that the doctor "...will not fill pain medication prescriptions or narcotic prescriptions." I was taken aback! I repeated my initial inquiry, that I was wondering if Dr. Dayton was accepting new patients as I am looking for a new doctor for my family (I mentioned NOTHING about prescriptions or refills or pain or narcotics), to which she replied, "Yes, but he won't fill any narcotic or pain medication prescriptions." I asked how old the Doctor was, she had no idea (Really? Is he 30? 60? In between?). I am not sure what goes on in this office, but my interaction with the receptionist was enough for me to scratch Dr. Dayton off my list.
