Dr. Harvey Steven Marchbein, MD

Dr. Marchbein is the best. I switched my doctor at 36 weeks as I moved to another place. And during the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy I met him just once when I went to check the babies heartbeat as I went past my due date. He was amazing. Few days later he delivered my daughter, he was amazing. Initially I was very unhappy about changing my doctor but now I am so glad that I did. I have recommended him to all my friends. God willing if I have anymore kids, I just hope it is him at that time at the hospital. God Bless him.

Dr Marchbein is a WONDERFUL doctor whose bedside manner and concern for his patients is above and beyond any doctor I have known.I have been his patient for 32 years and have never been shown the compassion, concern, caring and professionalism that he has given me by any other doctor.When I had my 2nd miscarriage (after my sons birth)-he was sitting next to me in the recovery room after my d & c -holding my hand when I came to.That was 28 years ago and I have never forgotten that moment.I dread the day he stops practicing.There is no one like him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marchbein's for 33 years. He delivered my son 24 years ago. He is a wonderful gynecologyist, obstetrician, and surgeon. He also delivered both my grandsons. He is patient, caring and has a wonderful sense of humor. My husband (who is local internist) and I always refer to him. He's the best!

I went to Dr. Marchbein at the recommendation of a friend when I was 19 and never left. He has a wonderful bedside manner and sense of humor but knows exactly what he is talking about, keeps on top of procedures and advancements both here and abroad. He delivered all three of my children and will never push for an unecessary c-section or perform an unecessary episotomy on a patient. So 20+ years later and I can still sing his praises, I just hope he has no plans for retirement any time soon.
