One of the only Doctors that cares more about his peasant than money not an in an out the door like most doctors he spends time and goes over things

One of the best doctors we have had! Knowledgeable in his field and caring. The office staff is generally warm and receptive but they tend to be guarded when the older woman is there.

Dr. Askari is always available, he has personalized service and goes out of his way to â??problem solveâ?? using all of his contacts and knowledge to offer multiple solutions. I would highly recommend Dr. Abramson to anyone

My son was a patient of Dr. Askari's until we were treated so horribly by his staff that we will never return.

I recently took my daughter to see Dr. Askari - he is in Selinsgrove, PA not MO. And I hope this review does this wonderful Doctor justice! He was wonderful with my daughter - who has severe anxiety issues. She is only 11 and doesn't do well with doing something she is unsure about but Doctor took his time with her and talked to her not just me; which made her feel more comfortable. He did a fantastic job at determining what she needed to do in order to properly diagnosis her. He was very friendly with both of us and spoke to her directly - he treated her with courteousness and very respectful. Dr. Askari is a wonderful doctor in which my daughter and I would more than gladly recommend to others! He takes his time with all patients - which is why we had to wait more than a typical doctors office however after our appointment I understand and accepted the wait. I would rather a doctor take their time in order to properly take care of a patient than a doctor who just comes in and spends… minimal time with a patient then the patient is mistreated and/or misdiagnosed. Dr. Askari is definitely a doctor that is highly recommended.

This review platform will not allow me to submit a review, claiming the use of profanity is not allowed. While it's certainly warranted in this case, there is not a swear word in my review. So what can I say to make this short? Stay away, far away, from this man unless you're looking for your child to be called incompetent, stupid, non-communicative and a bunch of other completely untrue and unfounded things - to a 6-year-old's face, who was practically in tears upon listening to these horrific things being said about him as though he cannot understand a word. Spoke to my son like a baby, talked to my husband and I like we're idiots, and refused to conduct an evaluation because he said he "already KNOWS" because my son goes to private school - a choice my husband and I made because we wanted our children to receive the best possible education, not because my son is disabled. He had no information about my son, would not conduct an evaluation because he said my son is incapable of… answering questions. How do you know? You didn't ask him anything other than what grade he's in and he told you: Kindergarten. The humiliation and self-esteem beating that my son was subjected to is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. And this was a standard evaluation as part of a vision problem - my son does NOT have any learning disabilities whatsoever and I have confirmed this with numerous other professionals. But Dr. Askari had him practically a vegetable. Words cannot express how horrific this experience was and I STRONGLY advise you to RUN as fast as you can if you are EVER referred to this man.

my wife was Diagnose with trigeminol nueralgia Dr.Askari you took her in a room for too check pulse in her arms and you pricked her in the back of the right side of her with long needles now sinse then as she never had problems with her right side but had pains in her left now she screams traumatically from the worse pains ever on her right side! you really messed my wife up and bill me after you told me my insurance will cover it and you was not worried about the money !! HOW DID YOU GET SUCH A RATING? why should i pay hundreds of dollars for malpractice?I rated you 1 star it wont go any lower
