Dr. Hashim Wazir Khan, MD

Dr Khan takes the hit since the assumed physician we saw initially was not on this site. We assumed she would do the injections but no woman listed. Incompetence from the front office staff on up to the Clinic Manager. Makes you wonder if the doctors are just as incompetent! Appointment was for injections. First appointment we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to be seen, in the back offices for evaluation. The scheduled injection for 3:30pm, 2 weeks later, at their "surgery center." So much for same day! Instructed to arrive at 2:45 for check in. Did that, told by front desk, receptionist only needed copy of my driver's license, asked twice if that was it. She said no only driver's license; had insurance info and did not need anything else. We sat and sat, finally 4 pm surgery staff came looking for me. We called out that we had been there since 2:45. Oh, receptionist needed paper worked filled out, "we did not fill out their "paperwork". 1. Was not given paperwork… (recall all she needed was a copy of driver's license.) 2. We were upstairs for evaluation 2 weeks earlier and filled out the Spine One paperwork! We left. I sat in an uncomfortable chair for 1 hour and 30 min after traveling 1 hour and 30 minutes from Springs to Denver. Within 20 minutes of being on the road home, the office manager called my wife's cell! Question, how did she get her phone number if they did not have the "paperwork!" Steer clear of this place, absolutely incompetent to get the check-in completely so hard to imagine they can offer the needed injections in my cervical spine! No woman insight on this website so not sure who we saw. Using them, too much risk since we couldn't make it passed the Receptionist without a problem! We won't be going back there!
