Dr. Hayat Jawadi, DO

I have never written a bad review about a doctors office. Anna the officer manager is the absolute worst person to have work for you. I scheduled my annual visit with the doctor and on my paperwork I wrote that I had some questions/concerns. Well apparently if you have questions during an annual visit they change it to a medical concern which depending on your insurance wont cover if you haven't met your deductible. When I made my appointment I specifically said I wanted to do my annual and I asked the receptionist if it was ok to ask questions and she said of course that's no problem. The girl who answered the phone was so nice and friendly I never thought i would have this experience. When they called me back to the room even the medical assistant confirmed I was there for an annual and I said yes. Well I now owe $300 for 10 minutes with the doctor. Anna told me that its not their job to tell me that that it will no longer be an annual and they do not need to disclose that. She… said you are now allowed to have concerns at an annual visit and i would have needed to schedule a different appointment. I asked 2 different times and no one else disclosed that to me. I have been going to the doctors for almost 30 years and have never had this happen. I have never been treated so poorly by someone and she refused to let me speak with the doctor and was completely rude in her tone and the way she spoke to me. She would not let me speak without talking over me. If I was Hayat Jawadi I would be embarrassed to have someone like Anna working for me.

The office staff are horrible and rude. Dr. Jawadi is irresponsible doctor. I will never recommend her to anyone.

She is the best doctor in las vegas she went the xtra mile to help me.

Dr. Jawadi was so nice and explained every to me in detail. It was so refreshing! You also won't wait for an hour like most other offices, and her staff are very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very insecure, your patients don't have to like you but only you would make them respect you. Sadly, you and your office do not provide that respect.

Her front desk told me " i can't schedule you because you left dr. Jawadi a bad review on google" the bad review was for her office staff who don't know how to manage a front office or set up appointments. I called her office during regular officer hours to schedule an appointment. They didn't pick up till after an hour of opening, took my name and said they will be calling me back. I waited all day and didn't get a call back. I called back end of business day and the line kept on hanging up and she still couldn't make an appointment and by then, there was no availability. but the fact that they didn't like my review, they refused service is just petty and shows that her office will show no accountability. Imagine if you had a bad review while pregnant and she refused to deliver you. Just be careful with this office, does not seem that they practice legitimate office practices.

Unexplained wait times..."Dr." and staff uninterested in my health history, especially as a new patient. The exam was certainly subpar. I would not recommend this physician.

I finally found an Ob/Gyn who actually cares. Dr Jawadi has a great new office, friendly staff. Would recommend!

Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Not thorough and is more concerned about her time than the patients time.
