Dr. Arnold is a Dr. with compassion, kindness and very genuine. He never rushes through your appointment, takes the time to answer your questions. Makes you feel like your his only patient. Great staff also.

Every visit I have With Dr. Arnold is amazing. He is very in tune with me and my concerns with my medical issues and informative as well. When going through procedures he always explain what he is about to do and before you know it boom the procedure is done and you are in recovery and he makes sure to come and give you feedback on what he saw or if anything was seen that need to be furthered looked at he will let you know what the next step is. I do not want any other Dr but Dr. Hayes I have had him for over 10 years as my Gastroenterologist and would recommend him at anytime. He is also a man of God and a blessing for me. Dr. Hays Arnold has been my gastroenterologist for over 15 years. I have total confidence in him. In addition to being outstanding in his specialty, Dr. Arnold is a caring and considerate human being who is always very responsive to my questions and concerns. I could not recommend him more highly.

I have had numerous appointments with Dr. Arnold and he has also performed several procedures on me. His diagnostic ability, patient concern and treatment advise have been wonderful. I highly recommend him and his staff for your GI care.

Dr. Arnold is one of the most genuine, caring, concerned, and informative physicians I have had the honor of crossing paths with. He has looked after my Mother’s needs for several years. I was ecstatic when I had the option of choosing him to care for my needs. Hands down Dr. Arnold is one of the best around!

Called the office, 30 minute wait. Then the only way I could see when the next available open date is I needed to give them all kinds of data, All I wanted to know is was there availability next week or next year,

From my first visit the front staff and the nurse were very kind. The provider had very good side manners. I felt comfortable to open up and explain my issues. I’m glad that I have a great provider and his nurse is on top of things. They checked on me the next day and a few days later. That was awesome so thank you to everyone there.
