Dr. Francis is an excellent doctor. He explains everything fully. He is very respectful and listens to his patients. Answers any questions or concerns. He is very informative. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure who the other reviewer is, but she isn't talking about this Dr. Francis, GI specialist. He has never practiced in Ohio or Florida. He has been in San Antonio, TX since 2011 prior to coming from Virginia. Nor does he see pediatric patients. He is an adult gastroenterologist.

He is absolutely horrible. My oldest daughter was diagnosed with EE and he was very unsympathetic and extremely egotistical. He actually kept an ng tube down her throat for 9 months refusing a gtube until after he made her inpatient for a week with lots of unnecessary therapies and testing. After my second daughter presented with the same issues, he was rude and told me it was impossible for my other daughter to have the same genetic disorder. Turns out he was wrong and then he proceeded to tell me I had the bad attitude! Avoid this doctor at all costs!! Protect your children! Thank God he moved to Florida and is out of Cincinnati!
