Dr. Heather Renee Bollinger, DO

Our two children were very shy when we started seeing her and she was incredibly patient and caring. They have very specific health needs and she is very attentive. We absolutely love her!

Dr. Bollinger is amazing. She catches things that 4 different doctors missed, she cares about her patients, she always asks how my family is doing, she knows us all. I have a lot of medical issues and she takes care of them all for me. Her staff is kind and professional everytime and always make me feel comfortable no matter which member it is. I'm not sure how people could have a bad experience with her but I know things can take a little while here. It's a clinic not a full blown doctors office so they take on a lot with a quarter of the funding. These people are good doctors and good people. I've been seeing her for a few years and I won't go anywhere else. The nurses are always quick to get results back, usually next day and if they don't catch me they'll call until they do. Great people. The obesity comment is uncalled for and rude. Her nurses are great people.

I adored Bollinger. I thought she was the best at her clinic... Unfortunately she is no longer prompt with her appointment times, the wait for lab results have become unacceptable and follow up is another empty promise. Now I dread going to the doctor or expecting results because Bollinger has not set standards for herself or staff to get things done in a timely manner. Its really frustrating and sad.

I agree with the other reviewer...Bollinger seems to be clueless. What's worse, her staff if nurses are all obese and look like they just rolled out of bed. They lack the knowledge, professionalism, & basic pride of any first year nurse. Pitiful excuse for a doctor and her nursing staff!
