Dr. Heather Elaine Coates, MD

Excellent!!! She directed it me to follow up with 3 different specialist and everything they told me was exactly what she had advice me. But, she is a lot more clear and my daughter life has tottaly changed since then. She makes sure that my kids are well. She calls. She rocks!!! She is now both of kids doctor. I wish that everyone had a doctor like her. I spend 7 yrs of my daughter life with a doctor well known in Cambrigde that had never done a fisical on her or prescribed any vitamins.

Dr. Coates is by far the best doctor I have ever come across in my 31 years. She truly cares about her patients and does take the time to go over all of your concerns. I've never once felt rushed and to the people that complain about the wait, I'm sure that ypu don't just take your 15 minutes and rush her out of the room so she can take her next patient. Dr. Coates honestly helped me through the toughest time in my life and even though I needed the help of a different spectrum of medicine, she kept seeing me to make sure I was ok and helped me find the doctor I needed. If it wasn't for her, I honestly don't know where I would be. She is a wonderful doctor and a compassionate person. She truly loves what she does.

Dr. Heather Coates was recommended to me by a friend who see's her as his primary care. I have seen the Dr 5 times, and each time she was between 30 - 45 min late in seeing me. I found Dr. Coates to be very rude and had no compassion at all for what I was going through. I am going to find a new primary care and so is my friend.

Dr. Coates is a very caring doctor who honestly wants to make you well. She takes her time and addresses every issue you present to her. She truly cares about your well-being. I am grateful I have found her. Office hours are early and late and I believe they also have Saturday appointments, maybe as a walk-in clinic for established patients? Overall, wonderful doctor, friendly staff, great hours!

Because she is a doctor, she should talk nice to the patients. Instead everytime I have seen her on my doctor's appointments she always talks loud and rough to me. No doctor should talk rowdy to their patients. She seems nervous whenever I have seen her. She doesn't like it when I ask questions. She definetly has no people skills. She knows her stuff as far as a doctor goes but she doesn't know how to talk to her patients in a nice way.

She is an awesome doctor and i wish she stayed in the middletown area. Dedicated to her profession because its in her heart.
