Dr. Heather Ann Collins

I’m really surprised by some of the prior reviews listed here. Dr. Collins is awesome! She takes her time and listens to your concerns. She even provides additional resources. I have not had any issue getting an appointment or getting the support that I need.

Unprofessional. Never gives patients the time or care they deserve and her staff are rude and unprofessional.

This Dr. yells and dreams at her patients and her receptionist is rude, a male gentleman just sits in a corner with headphones on ignoring patients and phones ringing off the hook! She spends too much time chatting with her student drs than her patients! This Dr needs to be investigated.

Dr. Collins takes the time to get to the root of issues and if she can't fix it, she has a network of specialists that she sends you to for treatment.

Dr. Collins is horrible. She has changed so much! She is unprofessional and ignorant. She thinks she knows stuff that she has no knowledge of. I do not recommend this old hag.

She is highly unprofessional! She yells & screams at her patients. She refuses to provide the necessary care needed to her patients.

I never wait long at this Dr’s office. She is quick to meet with you and get you out on your way but you don’t feel rushed she gives the time to make sure she has answered all you questions. Getting referrals are a quick and easy phone call. I don’t understand some of these bad reviews. I have never felt anything but comfortable and respected at this office.

Receptionist is very rude and has no knowledge of anything medical. Dr doesn't spend much time with you. This place is a joke and I wouldn't trust them with my life.
