I was having typical tear symptoms but she sent me to physical therapy for my shoulder instead of requesting an MRI and told me to come back if it didn’t get better. She assumed my insurance wouldn’t cover MRI for another 6 weeks. And she took more time typing on the computer than listening to me. Therapy only made pain worse and loss more range of motion. I checked my insurance (no wait time needed). Made me loose time and then had to wait another two weeks for the MRI appointment. MRI confirmed tear and inflammation.

Was referred to Dr. Fullerton in early 2020 for a consult on my hip and shoulder. She said she only knew of my hip issues, but when she pulled up my records she saw x-rays of my hips and shoulders. She said she would only discuss one ailment and asked me to choose which one I wanted to discuss. Not sure if she didn’t have the time or she only allows one ailment at a time. I was very disappointed in her lack of interest to help. Anyway, I asked her to look at my hips. She pushed on my hip and said I had tendonitis and to go get therapy and sent me on my way. I was underwhelmed with her care and total lack of interest. Will not go back!

Doctor Fullerton was supposed to write new orders for a DXXA scan but still has not done so!!!

Went to see her and she acted as though she didn't care said if it didn't get better to come back and see her I had been to my primary care Doctor and she sent me to her it was a waste of time and my insurances money wouldn't recommend her.

Worst service I've ever received. Fullerman did not explain what was wrong with me besides, I need therapy. Didnt seem like she cared. WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME!
