Dr Heather Kristin Lee, DO

very rude, she had my husband so upset by the end of the 5 minutes she spent with him. this after 1 1/2 hour wait. I even tried to tell her im sorry, that my husband is going through a lot, then she snapped at me. go elsewhere for your care.

i visited her because I was told I might have parkinsons, I have never met this woman before in my life. she had her mind made up before she came into the room, she wouldn't let me tell her anything, all she kept telling me was I don't think its parkinsons and im not running any more tests, im prescribing any medications, she was very unprofessional,rude, and uncaring. any doctor that makes you feel like your not a human being, shouldn't be a doctor. and that's what I felt like when I left the office. I would not recommend this woman to anybody.

Poor bedside manner. Medical assistant does not return calls

First of all, I commend the reception staff. I asked to be on a cancellation list as my appointment was out a couple of months. Melissa diligently contacted me to get me in. One time I was out of town and next time, down with a migraine. I appreciated that so much. She was friendly and professional when I checked in. I REALLY LIKED Dr. LEE. I felt she spent quality time with me. I have had some complex health issues in past 2 years and though I went for sudden onset of horrible headaches (3 months), she asked the right questions to identify and treat the migraines. She also paid close attention to my other health conditions in prescribing treatment, not wanting to cause other medical problems. Her medical assistant Robin was, amazingly friendly and helpful in orienting me to their office. She clearly cares about patient experiences. They encourage use of patient portal to facilitate efficient communication. Can call the office if needed, but office hrs are limited and Dr. LEE… expressed she has many times answered patients very late at night. I go back in 2 months and fully expect that visit to be the same. Highly recommend!

Dr. lee was younger than expected but very professional. She explained what MG was and my future with it. She got me on necessary meds and has been available when I needed assurances. Dr. Lee is a doctor who seems to truly care about her patients. Hard to find a dr. like her in this hurry up world.

Dr. Lee was very attentive and personable. She made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about my case even though she had never seen me before.

She was courteous, friendly, professional, and highly efficient. I felt safe and well cared for. She put me at ease right away. A very pleasant young lady.

I'm a very patient and understanding man. The 45 minute wait was easy to dismiss as probably not the normal. Two pop-ins by a nurse encouraged me that the Dr. was there and working with a patient and I wasn't forgotten. That was okay and I'm happy she was not rushing away from other patients. So I started with a good feeling that Dr. Lee would be thorough and attentive. When she finally arrived however, it was painfully obvious that she had formulated an opinion on my case and was seeking to make up for lost time and move me along as fast as possible. She interrupted me part way into describing my symptoms, because I didn't start with ones she felt could possibly be related to MS. When I tried to continue she quickly brought up that she didn't see any reason to suspect MS from my MRI. When I mentioned that the only reason I'm there was because I have numerous symptoms consistent with MS, according to my Dr. and the internet, which we only looked at after the radiologist… specifically noted that my MRI showed lesions consistent with MS. Her response to this was surprise, followed by looking up the report and reading it and then making the excuse that the radiologists have much larger and higher resolution monitors than her little laptop screen. She opened the MRI and looked through it and insisted though that the pattern of placement was inconsistent with what she has seen with MS, which again contradicted the radiologist's statement which literally read that it was consistent with MS. She agreed to do some more tests. Subsequent attempts to contact her office showed signs of staff incompetence. I submitted requests through their online portal to receive a copy of a past bill. The incorrect date was mailed. I called and got the right ones mailed. Later I requested, through the portal a copy of some test results. The response was that those are available through the portal. I responded with certainly that I looked all over the portal, I couldn't find them. I'm a software developer, it wasn't just a lack technical skills enough to find it. So they said they would mail it. What I received was a copy of the paid invoice, not the test results. I once more had to contact them, this time on the phone again, and repeat the request which was successfully mailed on the second try. I also requested to be transferred to their male doctor and was bluntly refused on account of a policy amongst the doctors within the office to take each others patients.

Dr. Lee lost my lab reports, perhaps more accurately, failed to read them when she receive them. Reports got stuffed in my file, unaccounted for and unread. After waiting approx 3 weeks for a report from her, I finally called them (Dr Lee, and her Staff). That is when they saw the reports for the first time. I have also failed to receive a return telephone call they told me to expect. Again, I had to contact them.
