Dr. Heather Belford Martin, MD

I have been very pleased with Dr. Martin. I first started seeing her 8 years ago when I was pregnant with my oldest. She is very friendly and took time to listen to my questions or concerns. I have a history of having an ovarian tumor and anytime I feel pain or feel that something isn't right,she is quick to listen and order necessary tests. I would highly recommend her! I also love Kristin her nurse,so sweet! !!!!

Unprofessional staff service regarding appointments calls, time, cancellations without notice, returning calls after weeks or not responding at all. Very inconsiderate to patients with kids that have to make arrangements for babysitting to see dr. Martin, and won't have the courtesy to make a phone call to let patients know about cancellations. But when a patient is not able to make it for having kids sick at home, her staff would not give appointments anymore to that patient. Or will make it very hard to schedule one. Their attitude is like they are making us a favor. But they are not!!

She missed my baby's critical heart defect and didn't check on him/me after his surgery...TERRIBLE.

Dr. Summers delivered my son years ago....she was so wonderful throughout my whole pregnancy...she even remembered what i was naming my son and when he came out she said Happy Birthday Aidan!!! It made me feel so great!!! I highly recommend her to anyone...I couldn't have had a better experience! :)

I was treated like a teenager. I was 19, and married when i came to her. That is very unprofessional to treat me as a low life bc of her own thoughts of me. I even worked at the hospital. Did not like her attitude towards me at all. She didn't seem like she had enough time to spend with me. Also tried to diagnose me with pre ecclampsia. My cousin had this, and I defintely did not. I will not go back. Also I couldn't breathe in my c-sect. I remember an oxygen mask and then blacking out. I also got a check for the full payment of anesthesia. ( I don't think that is normal. ) My post op appointment was a total of 2 min. BAD EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND.

she is such an awsome person she made me feel really comfortable with the fact i was gonna be a new mom she is very gental and caring and i really miss her and wish i could go to her with this new baby

Dr. Summers delivered my 5th child! She and her staff were wonderful and very caring. I tell all my friend expecting that she is the one to see.

Dr. Summers cared for me during both of my pregnancies- she was amazing to work with and a very calming presence. My first baby was born early and she went overboard to check on me even when she was off duty. She was diligent to keep tabs on everything during my 2nd pregnancy and worked with a high risk OB to ensure safe delivery of my second baby. She treats you like a friend and is an Excellent Physician!
