The first thing I remember is that she sat down with me for nearly an hour and talked about my health history, current problems, treatment plan and she did therapy on my neck, shoulder and arm right there in the exam room; and I walked out virtually pain-free for the first time in weeks! I still have recurring issues due to multiple herniated discs in my neck and back, but she's given exercises, medications and recommendation that provide real relief! And it was refreshing to have a doctor that personalizes the visit and you're not part of the mainstream cattle haul with 5 or 6 patients waiting in rooms to see the same doctor at the same time.
