Dr. Heather Branstetter, MD

Made several attempts to make an appointment with Dr. Branstetter. After being hung up on after being on hold FINALLY reached someone who told me I needed to have a referral. Fine, I had my PCP send over a referral. No call, no NOTHING! I asked my PCP if they had any response and I was advised that my referral was denied. No explanation was given, no calls NOTHING! I called Dr. Branstetter office and spoke with Shannon. She asked me my name and dob, placed me on hold and never came back. It really takes a lot for me to write a review but I really felt this time is warranted. There are a lot of gastroenterologists in the Dallas-/Fort Worth area, if you want to be respected as a human being, please go somewhere else. Dr. Branstetter should find office help that has some customer service skills.

Dr.Branstetter and staff are very nice and helpful. Easy to talk too and explain what you need and what needs to be done to help your situation.

Dr. Branstetter and the complete staff was AMAZING while I was there for my procedure!! They are the sweetest Nursing staff that I’ve EVER had the privilege of interacting with!! I absolutely adore Dr. Heather Branstetter, she is AWESOME at what she does!! Everyone told me that I would be sore after the procedure but I wasn’t, I was up the next day working in my yard again!! I LOVE them ALL at TDDC in South Ft. Worth!!!

Dr. Branstetter will listen carefully to any questions you may have and responds promptly. She is willing to refer you to a specialist if needed and will give you time to think about your situation without pressuring you. She is definitely there to help you.

Dr Branstetter is so kind and great at listening to your symptoms and figuring out what is going on. I really appreciate her kindness, card, and wisdom she puts forth in treating her patients. Their office is amazing! The staff are so kind and it is run very well. They are always on time and I can’t recommend them enough!
