She has guided us through mental health challenges, and we now have a more resilient and improved understanding of ourselves. I am also impressed by her genuine approach to treatment with children; she patiently works to establish trust and develop workarounds to open a dialog with them. Dr. Schultz has an exceptional listening quality, a warm and friendly demeanor, and promotes open communication with her patients. She is attentive to your unique needs and concerns and takes the time to educate you about a diagnosis and treatment. She has a firm understanding of drugs, their safety considerations, effects on patients, and the professional experience to know when to adjust or change medications due to side effects or ineffectiveness. Dr. Schultz is a rare gem!
