Dr. Hector Wiltz, MD

It would be difficult to rate Doctor Wiltz given he no-showed my appointment. After I traveled there the incompetent staff told me he hasn't been in the office all week and tried convincing me that a Physician Assitant was exactly the same as an MD. This office's carelessness, lack of professionalism and incompetencies endanger patient health and safety and it is unacceptable for any business nevertheless a doctors office to act in such a manner. I truly hope this group learns from its mistakes and treats the profession and its patients with the proper respect and care necessary.

i was on the phone for over 25 minutes after someone just put me on hold without saying a word, while waiting i read some comments of a very long wait to see the doctor,the bio says the doctor has been practicing for over 32 years.... time to retire .

Very little time with the doctor for being the first visit. He did not ask me any questions regarding my symptoms and he did not explained what he thought was causing my illness. Did not tell me if I should follow up only if didn’t get better with the meds he prescribed.

If what you want is to sit in an office waiting room, then be treated by somebody with very poor bedside manner and communication skills, then this is the guy you want. I do not recommend that anyone with any skin problems and go see this doctor.

UN DOCTOR EXELENTE, CON AMPLIA EXPERIENCIA EN DERMATOLOGIA Y UN TRATO MUY AMABLE, UNO SE SIENTE EN FAMILIA ES MUY BUEN DR.

This doctor is treating a minor in which the person who has taken her to his office is not the parent or guardian of this child. He needs to be reported to the medical board . How can he treat a child without knowing the relationship of the person to the child.

This so called "Doctor", was by far the worst experience ever. To begin with, he fail to introduced him self in a professional manner,his way of approaching my son and my self was totally and beyond unprofessional, his speech was not understandable. He failed to be clear in every single way, beside the fact that he was rude,he did not ask or gave us the oportunity to ask any questions? looked at my sons face for no more then 10 seconds,indicated to take antibiotic for 30 days, apply some cream he prescribed and comeback in 30.DId not give us time to ask if products my son was using were to be stoped or kept using,he turn around anf left,thinking he was coming back,which he never did, I ask the nurse to call him again,after a long wait, he comeback looked at us, this time with an attitude of what do you want now, i was so frustrated at this point i decided to leave,took the prescriptions and left more then irritated. Now to make maters worst, i dropped such prescriptions at the… pharmacy, turns out they have been retained due to LACK OF BASIC INFORMATION, SUCH US INSTRUCTIONS TO BE INDICATED FOR THE USE OF THE MEDICINE TO THE PATIENT,as it should be always provided to the pharmacist to read and explain to the patient at the time of pick up.

At the front desk the lady left pass a patient just because told her how nice she is (?????)You could hear the loud talks at the hall inside.The doctor assistant called me,ask me a couple of questions,then left me waiting for 35-40 minutes in that tiny room.Doctor comes,no educated enough to introduce himself and greet.Saw my face and lightly said thats Acne Are you planning to get pregnant????I ll give you antibiotics and left.His assistant came back and gave me two prescriptions.I wish I knew a way for him not to get paid for that poor job.I wonder if he even like being a doctor.....Dont go there!!!!

wait time is LONG..he is good but didn't spend anytime with me, the assistant performed the procedure. then again I have medicaid maybe that had something to do with it.
