Dr. Heechin Chae, MD

Unprofessional doctor with terrible communication and social skills. He does not take the time to fully understand a patient’s individual needs and lacks the competence to safely treat complex conditions. Do not trust him with your healthcare.

I was a patient of Dr. Chae, over 15 years ago. He has helped me overcome more than people know. He tried and did help me as much as he could.

Surprisingly bad physician / physiatrist / doctor. Extremely poor communicator who seems to care little for his patients' wellbeing. Doesn't spend allocated time with patients but still likes to charge for it. MUCH better doctors you can see. AVOID!

VERY unprofessional, poor communication & interpersonal skills, & enormous lack of knowledge about his patient's lifestyles. His lack of experience causes inaccurate assumptions of treatment necessary for patient's to achieve their goals. Each patient is more adept at being his / her OWN doctor. It is LEGAL to obtain a second opinion if you are dissatisfied with Chae's diagnosis or treatment. I am living proof that his treatment of me in 2006 was ineffective. There are DOZENS of OTHER reasons I am alive today to write this review.

Dr. Chae is the only doctor that was able to help me make significant progress after a car accident. He identified the multiple issues I was having and was able to get creative and work with me on finding a solution. I would highly recommend him and would still be a patient if he hadnt been promoted and moved to a different part of the country.

Excellent Doctor. Would recommend him to anyone who has sustained a traumatic brain injury. Money well spent

Dr. Chae is Brilliant and caring. He listens, quickly assesses, and prescribes a course of action. As a patient or family member, you must go to your visit prepared - know why you're there, bring documentation of medication and testing - anything that speaks his medical language. The more prepared you are, the more help he can offer. Dr. Chae gets it very quickly - he connects the dots! If he is late for you, it's because he's spending time with someone who needs it - some day, that could be you!

Dr. Chae is always thorough and pleasant. Always very professional and kind!Sometimes the wait is a little long but that is because he spends time talking to his patients, he always has time for any question I might come up with.
