But after undergoing a sports injury related orthopedic surgery as a teenager, she became intrigued by surgery.While in medical school in Philadelphia, she says "it became clear that plastic surgery was my wheelhouse because it encompassed functional medicine and creativity" while satisfying her detail-oriented nature. After completing her residency in Southern California, she moved to New England and remained until July 2024.
Dr. Harrington enjoys the full spectrum of plastic surgeries and has developed a particular passion for helping breast cancer patients.
A lifelong athlete and competitor, she enjoys Crossfit, trail running and, since the pandemic, competitive cornhole that takes her to tournaments around the country.
