Dismissive and rushed. Wrong diagnosis cost me $$$$ not to mention 8 months of my life. Beware read their reviews they are only about volume and don’t care to listen to patients. I found a new office, my new dermatologist immediately resolved the issue.

Doctor suggested a biopsy for a simple skin rash, but mentioned nothing about how much the pathology may potentially cost me. A few weeks later I got a bill for $650. Doctor could have warned me about the high costs for a very simple and unnecessary biopsy. The simple biopsy also left 2 big and ugly scars on the skin.

Very pleasant thorough visit. Dr. Manglesdorf explained everything very thoroughly during checkup. She removed 2 things removed from my face, no pain, no swelling, couldn't have asked for a better, more professional doctor.

Dr. Mangelsdorf has a good bedside manner, though it's clear she's doing a volume business and she doesn't linger longer than necessary. The office processes could be managed better, but overall I'd recommend this provider.

I have been going to Dr. Mangelsdorf for more than 3 years for routine skin checks and other random skin things. I have always found her manner to be caring and concerned and did not ever feel like I was being rushed. She answers all my questions and is very helpful. Sometimes scheduling appointments can mean waiting a few weeks, but if I need to be seen quickly for something, I usually never have a problem getting in. I wish the wait time was a little better, but my overall opinion of this practice is definitely good.

This was the worst doctor experience ever. I had to wait for over two months to get an appointment, for two minutes conversation with so called Dr. She did not even check my skin condition. All she did was pointed the lamp at me and told me to use Head & Shoulders after I already informed her that I have been using Head & Shoulders for the last 10 years. Co-pay was $50. When I left the office I was so mad and disappointed, and I felt robbed. I think that she should have paid me $50 for taking a day off from work and waiting for 2 months for an advise that you can get using google search in less than 10 second for FREE.

Dr. Mangelsdorf came in, took a look, said there basically wasn't a cure except to get laser hair removal (also provided at their office), wrote a prescription, and made a quick exit. Zero bedside manner. The nurse told me I'd have to have the prescription compounded, then gave me the name of a place that doesn't compound and hasn't for years. That was it after weeks of waiting for an appointment and then adjusting childcare plus rushing to make it there.
