Dr. Heidi Bernice Miller, MD

Doc explains things in a way that shows she cares. Really kind person. She is my mom’s doctor. Very intelligent. Wish she was able to take additional patients. I’d switch if I could.

Dr. Miller use to be a great doctor. It is very hard to get an appointment since she works only a couple of days a weed and has a patient load that is beyond full. I wish I could have Dr. Miller back to being the doctor she was in the very early 2000's. Now it is beyond impossible to get an appointment. If you get an appointment, she is busy the whole time she is seeing you, advising other patients at the same time. I feel at this point she is not doing any of her patients any justice. All of the staff points out that it is impossible to get an appointment because she is only there a couple of days a week. Maybe I can get another Doctor????????????? I feel that I don't really have a primary care physician, and that I have not in years. When Dr. Miller is in the room with you she doesn't even get the jist of why you are there. After every visit she sends you off to 4 specialists. Problem is when you go to the specialist, they are even upset that Dr. Miller sent you there. … So confusing. They act like the reason you were sent there is not even a problem, and they don't understand why she would send you with a non-problem. Don't bother calling with a question, you will not get a response. Most important if you are able to get seen by Dr. Miller be prepared for at least a 2 hour wait. What happened to the great Dr. Miller of 2003. The only thing I can figure out is she has way too many patients, works only a couple of days a week, and does not really hear what you are saying when you are there. GET A DIFFERENT DOCTOR. YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT. HOPEFULLY, YOU DON'T SEE WHAT I MEAN, AND YOUR HEALTHCARE IS NOT COMPROMISED BY THIS PHYSICIAN.

When I mentioned to her that I thought her referral to a specialist meant that I would be out of her field of interest, she said, "Once you are my patient, I never let you get away."
