She has a very thorough and understanding bed side manner. I didn't feel judged based on what I was going through. However, no follow up from office and it took way too long for an appointment. In fact, they had my referral just hadn't got around to calling me yet but could get me in within a week? Sounds lazy from an office perspective. She is great though.
