She did my surgery way back in 1992 after my appendicitis had burst in 1989. I remember waking up and her being there with a smile and a word of encouragement. Very rare that a surgeon is there to great you when you wake up and I never forgot how kind and reassuring she was, she literally saved my life because my appendicitis had been burst for almost 3 years and she said they had dissolved into a pool of gangrene by that time and were no longer even there. The gangrene was all through my system and she had drained the poison out of my body. She made a huge impression on me not only by saving my life, but she treated me like family! This was in Vero Beach, FL I would love to be able to talk with her again because she is my hero for saving my life and I could never forget her!
