Dr Housley is an outstanding Urologist. She doesn't treat a patient like an assembly line. Truly caring.

Dr. Housley is an excellent urologist. Unfortunately, she is leaving the practice to take care of her parents and work part time for Nellis AFB. I hope she returns to the practice some day. She is an excellent urologist, reacts and responds to changing health circumstances, keeps an open mind, and consults others if she does not know the answer. She pays attention to you and is sensitive to your needs. She does what she can to help you through whatever difficult circumstances you may be experiencing. She was highly sought after and with good reason. It is a shame she is temporarily retiring. I would recommend her for anybody.

My mom came to see Dr. Housely 5 months ago with external tube for her kidney. It's taking 5 months and since then very little action had taken place. Her next appointment is in few months and we called today to ask if we can move her appointment up so we can better understand her current state and current treatment plan and action. Was informed by the staff Dr. Housely is extremely busy and her next appointment is in August. I am very glad and happy Dr. Housely is extremly busy, and she is taken care financially, but would definitely appreciate if the staff can show more compassion and urgency. I understand my mom's condition is complicated, but I just wanted some sort of answer. I am in the health profession, and right now I am very very confused about this situation. Please advice...

I waited 7 years until I had the insurance and the time to have bladder surgery redone after another doctor's surgery failed because he left the graft open. I knew the first visit with Dr. Housely she was professional and gave me peace of mind that she was the right choice. I heard so many great stories about her from previous patients. The surgery went well and she is amazing. Don't even consider anyone else in this town! Just a note Dr. Housley's nurses who work directly with her are wonderful just the front desk needs work on social skills.

I have only had positive experiences with this dr. She has treated me for kidney stones and because of complications she spent a lot of time comforting me and my mom! She explained everything that needed to be done and what to expect. I had a number of issues with her scheduling staff and they have quite a bit of improvement that needs to take place. Person even gave me wrong surgery date and I showed up at hospital and on wrong day. Dr hourly was so good that I didn't let this reflect on her. Just wish she had a better staff!

I would recommend that you know your rights with your Insurance Company and don't let this practice bully you into billing fraud with them. If I can't trust a doctor with how they handle their business, I can't trust them with my health.

Dr Housley was very caring and understanding of my very embarrasing male problem. i would reccomend her to anyone.

She left a room full of her patients one afternoon to rush to a hospital and perform a surgical procedure that healed an injury that most men would not have recovered from...mentally or physically. Although I was once called "The next Hermann Hesse" by road scholars in West Virginia, I am often without words, and sometimes left feeling vacuous when coming to terms with the pale facts that another human being came to MY aid when I was helpless and left with no control. Oh, and returned me to the world with a second chance. Love ya Doc(!).
