One full week later still no results for my sonogram on my neck. Waiting time was approximately 2 total hours including waiting room and exam room. Shove as many patients in their exam rooms as possible simultaneously which results in the extraordinary wait time. Furthermore my appointment was scheduled with Dr. Kim ...NOT the PA... and when I arrived for my appointment everything in their power was done to have me ONLY see the PA... what more needs to be said ?

Wait time was over an hour. Shoddy looking office un kept and un sanitary.i would overlook the above if this so called doctor had something to offer. She never used gloves rinsed an apparatus with water before using internally on a patient. Not too sterile. hHer approach was abrupt not compassionate at all while treating a patient in severe pain. She finished the visit before answering our questions. Her responses to us where answered while she was walking out of the exam room we literally had to stop her as she proceeded to exit our exam. Just horrible I have never encountered an experience like this before

This doctor is a test happy and likes to Bill insurance I told her I was there for one thing and all she did was stick a tube down my nose and try to order a thyroid sonogram and a barium swallow for absolutely no reason to stay far away

Eager to have you come back soo she could make more money off your insurence.

This doctor was extremely unprofessional and rude. As soon as I walked in I was asked immediately for my co pay. The wait time was about 2 hours long just to see the doctor for 5 minutes. She proceeded to stick this camera down my nose and tell me I need allergy testing, I need an MRI and an ultrasound. This doctor is all about business and the money. I thought it was an ENT office but the first thing you see in her office is cosmetic specialties all over the place. She is extremely rude and has no idea what she is doing. A complete rip off.

I saw the PA Steven who was great!! he was concerned and happy to talk to me. i will make all my appts with him

I had a completely different experience then the other two reviewers and believe me I was very nervous about seeing this doctor because of their reviews, Everyone was courteous and engaging, I had a short wait time (but was told it was because of the time of day I was there). Appointments were easy and flexible, the tests that they ordered are pertinent to my condition, and they accepted my coverage. I had to reschedule one of my subsequent appointments and again they were very flexible. The office is clean, the doctor is to the point. I have had problems with my sinuses since I was a child and Dr. Kim found something I didn't even know about. In addition, when I walked in they were hard at work helping a women correct her coverage so that her visit was paid for. I have to say pleasantly surprised.

I THINK THIS DR DOES NOTHING BUT STICK TUBE` S IN EAR`S AND DOWN THE THROAT. SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS GOING TO CALL IN A ANTIBIOTIC FOR MY SON, & MY PHARMACY NEVER GOT THAT CALL & MY SON HAD A BAD EAR INFECTION. I HAD TO CONTENTIOUS CALLING BEFORE ANY THING WAS CALLED IN. MY PHARMACY TOLD ME TO GET ANOTHER DR SO SO SAD YOU NEED MORE EX-PRESSINGS :(( & YOU WAIT SO LONG IN THE WAITING AREA TO I`M DONE.GOING ELSE`S WERE.

WOW!! Why is this Chick still in business? Need to shut this joint down.. It is a sweat shop. I had an experience where this chick shoved something in my ear and it hurt so bad. The staff are so dingy and unprofessional. These chicks have you on hold for a very long time and passed me around like they are playing tennis or something. I had to explain my reason for the call several times and still no results. I 'am waiting on a authorization number, so I can get this chick the results for my throat sonogram, so I can get the operation done. This process has become rocket science for them. I have a trick for her though. I will not get on the table for her too butcher me. Heck to the Nah!!! No rating from me. Not even a corner of a star...LOL Well I have to rate, so I'll just pick 1 so my post will go through..

Dr Kim walked into the room and without any warning shoved a scope up my nose and then proceeded to yell at me for not breathing correctly. She then wrote up a bunch of nose sprays and washes and said the front desk would give me the next appointment. Nothing helpful no diagnosis, and very unprofessional. On the appointment slip it says my next appointment duration will be 5 minutes! How could she know this in advance? I found another ENT dr. Don't waste your time with this one!
