Dr. Helen Lichtman is a caring listener who has a lot to offer. She was very effective at teaching me cognitive behavioral techniques to deal with debilitating anxiety and helping me get back to work.  She also tested my nephew when he was in second grade and found that he has learning disabilities and ADHD. Her reports and consultations were very helpful in getting special education for him at his school. I would recommend her for both adults and children.
