Dose not like to wear gloves ..be very cautious

Went in for a Pap smear and miss Helen did not wear gloves ..go to her if your daring..other wise call start bar she is disgusting

I was 35 weeks pregnant when I came in as a new patient to the office. Staff members were nice, but it took 30 mins from the time I was scheduled to see the doctor. First meeting getting to know doctor, she asks me a series of questions which I didn’t know the answers to, she was rude replying “you should know” about my previous care at Kaiser (which I sent her my documents) obviously she didn’t read it, she wanted me to know answers. Every time I would talk, she starts to talk over me, doesn’t listen, gives her input, overall my experience with her sucks. Didn’t get to know the patient, did not try to make the patient feel welcome. I didn’t feel any connections with her and decided I will not be going forward with her delivering my baby. I will not go back to her.

i was with her for an year and she was just giving me test on test could not able to identify whats going on,than switch to other doctor and he mentioned too that you wasted your time the problem was not big.....complete a time waste in office too too much wait

Dr. Luong is one of the most exceptional physicians that I have ever had. I highly recommend her.

Dr Luong is the only gyno I have been too she's always made me feel comfortable takes time to make sure any questions I have get answered she explains everything she is doing. She even delivered my daughter. Sometimes the wait is long but what dr isn't?

Dr Luong was attentive and thorough. Her friendly manner put me at ease and her exam was gentle.

Can NEVER get through to office. Phone ALWAYS busy (off the hook???).

Terrible experience because Dr. Luong induced my labor for 25 hours after my waterbag broke. I developed a 103 fever then Dr. Luong ordered emergency csection. My incision became infected and I had to be readmitted to hospital a week after giving birth. My incision was leaking pus and Dr. Luong advised me, over the phone, to NOT go to emergency room until I had a fever. When I went to ER against Luong's , "recommendations " I was admitted. The ER Dr admitted against Luong's recommendation. The ER Dr said there was no way I could leave hospital. I spent another week in hospital. My incision was infected for over 3 monthsg and required to be packed with gauze. During this time Dr Luong lied about my infection and told me the infection was cured. However she had her nurse call on a prescription for me and told me it was for a yeast infection. I didn't jhave a yeast infection and I asked pharmacist what the medicine was intended to help. The pharmacist explained the medicine… was for blood infections. I would never recommend such a terrible dr to anyone under any circumstance.

The staff is very rude and poor customer service. I changed doctor and missed my appointment because It took them more than 1 month to have my papers faxed to my new doctor. They charge me $10 for each form i needed for work, every form was fill out with a wrong delivery dates. The doctor is very professional but not very informative. I won't recommend this doctor to anyone.
