The office often seemed very chaotic. Mixed messages from staff. If messages sent through patient gateway were answered at all they were answered by staff even though directed to Dr. Santos. Never any follow up from her. I was seen in urgent care as often as I was seen in the office because Dr. Santos didn't have time to see me or was on vacation. She was also very inconsistent in the way she treated me, especially during virtual visits. Sometimes she was very friendly and other times she seemed angry, like maybe she was annoyed that I was taking her time. Never knew what to expect.Too busy to actually live up to the promises of MDVIP. Not worth paying the extremely high membership fee. I always thought Dr. Santos cared about me as a patient and a person. As soon as I was no longer paying the membership fee it became very obvious that she could care less about me as a person. Pretty sad. Writing this review makes me wonder why I didn't leave her practice a long time ago.
