Dr. Helene Mindy Koch, DO

Never had POOR service like this before. I waited in the exam room with only a grown on for hour. No one came to check or even apologize. I left the office with amazement and will transfer my documents to a more PROFESSIONAL office. Thank you

I have been a patient of Dr. Helene Koch for nearly 15 years. I was referred by a friend after recently relocating to the area. My experience with Dr. Koch has shown that she is thorough, knowledgeable, understanding and empathetic. Only through her due diligence, did I find out I had uterine cancer. She took the time to explain my diagnosis and my options. She listened when I told her I wanted kids and referred me to wonderful oncologist at Fox Chase, and because of Gods grace, early detection and a new medication, I did not require chemo or a hysterectomy. I have been cancer free for more than 10 years. Dr. Koch is my gyn but she has also morphed in to my primary doctor too! she has been instrumental in me maintaining and managing my overall health. Her staff, Savannah, the PA's are all awesome. And while I will agree that sometimes the wait and/or the office communication can be a bit frustrating. Dr. Koch has on an occasion waived a co-pay because the wait was excessive and has… introduced other methods besides the phone to reach out to her; like the emailing via the portal. I highly recommend Dr. Koch, she is a great doctor.

Dr. Koch has been my gynecologist for 19 years. She is a wonderful doctor and is very caring. This may sound weird but I look forward to my annual every year. She makes you feel comfortable, she listens to your concerns and offers solutions that meet your needs and she can make you laugh. I recall a time when I was going on vacation and I had a medical flare up , Dr Koch returned my call and made sure I had what I needed so I could travel with relief. She is there when you need her help. Her staff is extremely polite and willing to assist you in any way. It is not often that you find a doctor that treats you like a person and not just a number. Dr. Koch is one in a million… It’s not hard to speak highly of someone that provides you the best care mentally and physically.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Koch (and her staff). I’ve been with Dr.Koch for about 15 years now...including 1 surgery, 2 high risk pregnancies. She is one of the most caring people I have ever met. She has taken the time to get to know me and my family and is more than an OBGYN- she looks at the whole picture and will refer me to specialists, address all symptoms/problemsI am having and will follow up with me. Dr. Koch truly cares and I honestly wish she was my primary care doctor- I trust her more than any other doctor I’ve been too and I know I’m in the best care when I see her!

Dr Koch is a dedication compassionate doctor who actually spends time talking with her patients. I always feel like a person and not a medical file. I love that she teaches in her practice. You rock doc!

DR KOCH IS A GREAT OB/GYN, SHE HAS BEEN MY DOCTOR FOR OVER 10 YEARS , SHE HAS REFERRED ME TO OTHER DOCTORS IN OTHER SPECIALTIES AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE . i HAVE FOUND HER STAFF TO VERY SUPPORTIVE AND WHILE ALL DOCTORS OFFICES ARE BUSY , DR KOCH PROVIDES MULTIPLE WAYS TO GET IN CONTACT WITH HER AND HER STAFF .

I have been a patient of Dr. Koch’s for almost 20 years. She is interested, invested, knowledgeable & loves what she does. She takes the time to answer all your questions, look into the best course of treatment if needed & is open hearing about what you want & how you feel. She is more my primary care doctor than my real one. Highly recommend her.

Words will never explain how grateful I am for Dr. Koch, Amanda and their staff. The office is extremely thorough and if you have a emergency issue they will fit you in to solve it. I been with them for the pass 7years. I found the office off ZocDoc. You just have to see for yourself. I’m just grateful for there support, their discretion, and how personable they are. It’s literally nothing they haven’t seen or heard of. LOL. If you need a GYN try them out.

Dr Helene Koch is one of the best Doctors out here I've been seeing her for about 12 years now when I found my way to her from my cousin glowing review I was very sick with a torn bladder didn't know she fixed me up and got me on my journey to a healthier me she will always check on you and your drs to make sure you're doing great she helped me have my superhero daughter and I was high risk she's 8 and beautiful she's the first doctor I call with anything I love her and her staff wonderful people make you feel like family. Always there to answer questions and fit you in if you need to be seen.

I have been going to Dr. Koch since 2003. I have developed a great relationship with her and her staff. I was referred to her from my old PCP Dr. Mruk( who is Fabulous too). Dr. Koch is a great listener. Her and her staff really care about the overall health of the patient. She does take the holistic approach. Looks after mind, body and soul. She is innovative and thinks outside the box. She is forward thinking. You want that in a doctor. They need to be up on latest medications and procedures. If not then what is the use of going there. Her job is your gynecological health but she can't just stop there. That would be egregious. I suffered from a few gyn ailments and of course being overweight some. Due to the type of job I have that keeps me sedentary has put weight on me around the mid area. She stayed on me to do something about it. I fought her tooth and nail thinking what does that have to do with you? And by right she only needed to worry about that gyn area. But being… concerned as she was and treating the whole person not just patient I finally agreed. I got the whole spiel and doctoral information about what the treatment would include and affects. In the end to date I have loss almost 50lbs and am feeling great. ALL BECAUSE WE DEVELOPED A TRUST FOR EACH OTHER. I love her stick to it attitude. Look at my results. The greatest staff she has. The compassion her and Savannah show can't be measured. The front desk attendants are swell. Amber is the sweetest. Yes she has a fast pace but that is easily rectified with a quick notice to her of your questions or concerns. She will listen. More over than not you have doctors that ACT LIKE THEY LISTEN JUST TO SPEED YOU OFF. Not her she will come back and sit to talk to you. LOVER HER AND HER OFFICE STAFF TO PIECES. MRS. E.
