Dr. Ta is very thorough and took her time answering my questions. The hygienist is very thorough. My teeth feel super clean.

I went to Dr. Ta for a cleaning and she told me I needed three crowns. Each crown ended up with a big problem. With the first one it didn't fit right. She kept trying to get it to fit and then sent it back. With the second one she couldn't get the bite right. She tried over and over shaving it down and finally she just said just go home and if you have a problem then you can come back. Another dentist friend said he would never let a patient leave unless the bite was right. Of course I had to come back and spend more time getting it correct. That one also had to be returned to fit properly. The third one she put on also had to be shaved to fit. Then a week after it was put in I bit down on some food and it came off in my mouth. Of course it looked horrible and I had to go back in again. As I was leaving I was told that there would be a charge for Covid 19 costs even though I was only there because it was their fault. I also developed a terrible sore and split lip which I… believe was caused by all the work that was done. When I came in the last time she just said that it was too late for her to prescribe something for it and it would just go away. It lasted for two more months and I had to go to a dermatologist to get medication that finally took care of it. Whatever you do stay away from this office
