Dr. Helmi Liia Lutsep, MD

Sadly leaving 1 star due to Helmi’s roll in the gross mismanagement of the Neurology Clinic at OHSU. I have never received such disrespectful treatment from a medical provider and their staff, from the clinic manager, front desk staff, and MD. Helmi was made aware of multiple issues and did nothing to resolve them. Her solution was a trite apology passed down to me apparently from her by a patient advocate, which further delayed care for a wait that had already been 7 months. Her solution was to delay care for a total of 9 months due to her department’s errors. The clinic repeatedly tried to sweep issues under the rug, gaslight me, etc. however I have extensive proof it is OHSU Neurology‘s mismanagement that she knowingly continued to foster. Unethical. All other departments and clinics within OHSU have been good, some wonderful, all things considered, to which I am so grateful. Neurology however is awful and Google reviews echo my experiences with them and sentiments. To think of… all the patients they have traumatized with their unethical behavior all the while Helmi is aware and continues to let it occur.
