Dr. Hemlata P Vaidya, MD

Only interested in being a legal drug dealer. Conducts a phony physical just to complete paperwork required to prescribe the drug, without actually doing the physical, or assessing if other symptoms require further treatment. Refused to even look at other bodily evidence of complications related to substance abuse to advise patient/customer to follow up with a real doctor. Upon refusing to examine, Dr. Vaidya continued to ask questions about the health conditions that she had no intention on addressing only to fill out the necessary paperwork to be able to distribute her drug supply. Once I pointed out that her questions should require her to actually examine, she got obscenely angry and said she was refusing to treat me; walked out to the front desk to return my payment, and then refused to give me her name. Her nurse then attempted to kick me out of the trap house, would not give me the doctor's name, and came up to me physically stomping and cursing, using the foulest language,… all because their paying patient wanted the name of the doctor who was previously conducting an unethical and fraudulent exam.
