Please - if you get this physician, run Forest run! He's arrogant, doesn't know how to practice medicine and doesn't listen to the patient. His word is the final say, no matter what you tell him. KP should not have this guy on their roster. He's highly incompetent, no wonder he didn't go to a US accredited medical school.

Dr Chhay was my moms primary care physician for over 6 years, the he left for Kaiser Baldwin Park :C Anyway he was absolutely the best doctor my mom ever had, courteous, genuinely caring, he would always take his time with her, and listen to all concerns. He was really good with following up with x-rays ct scans , or what ever was needed to make sure something else was not going on. Always explained thoroughly , and would call and follow upon my mom. We refuse to go Kaiser, so we will miss him. We loved Dr Chhay, Celia

Dr. Chhay is the absolute best doctor I've ever had in 65 years of healthcare. He LISTENS carefully, DISCUSSES concerns, EXPLAINS everything, and actually CARES about his patients. He is no longer on staff at HCP in Monrovia and they told me he has recently joined KaiserPermanente. I am desperately hoping to locate him as I want him to continue as my PMC.

The best primary doctor I ever had. He is very knowledgeable, listens to your medical concerns and offers an effective solution. He is very caring and never rush on any of my doctor's visit. I wish all doctors are like him.

Excellent doctor. Compassionate, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable in his diagnosis. He is top of everything, focused, and always prompt in updating with medical results. I highly recommend Dr. Chhay.

This dr is by far the best Dr I've ever seen. He's compassionate, has excellant bed side manner, making you feel comfortable. I love how he's the one who calls and follows up to give you blood test results...

Dr. Chhay is the best doctor I think I've ever had. He is unfailingly kind and courteous. He takes his time and really listens to me and my ideas of what is happening and how to treat whatever it is. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr. Chhay is an outstanding medical doctor I've ever dealt with. He spends time with me and listens to all my medical concerns. He is very knowledgeable and almost know exactly what the problem is as soon as I describe the symptom. He is very professional yet friendly.
