If you came across this website, as I did, interested in Santa Barbara County Covid-19, then this page needs a more recent review. Let me give you one (recent in 2020). Dr. Ansorg has been applying updated information on Covid-19 transmission to open businesses and keep people safe. If you are paying attention, the closures in California which were scientifically supported and the first by any state (California Governor Gavin Newsom) called on reactionary measures by counties. Imagine being in that position?! Politically Gregg Hart (also a steady hand in the broadcasts for our county) had to react and look to Dr. Ansorg for educated medical analysis. (Among others in this county, but you are here looking up Dr. Ansorg.) We have been notified to wear masks! Yes, you may not have any signs of Covid-19 but you can spread it! Wearing a mask is, right now, (my opinion) more respectful than wearing a shirt--and more healthful for our community. His call for social… distancing and wearing masks is up to date regarding actions we can take to keep our community safer from Covid-19. A last legal comment. I have not verified that I have received treatment under Dr. Ansorg as noted in my stars above. I am trusting that by, adhering to his edicts for Santa Barbara County I have legal grounds to state under conditions not updated for a pandemic, I have legal as well as appropriate intent to levy a star rating. Five stars out of five.

Stay away from this doctor. He might abandon (fire) you at any time without reason - even if you ever showed up on time, paid your bills, followed his instructions. This guy has no integrity.

Dr. Ansorg is the most caring and interested doctor I have ever had. He is excellent at studying latest research and meds.
