Dr. Henry Rhinehart Armstrong, MD

I have been going to Kiest Park medical clinic since 1998. I saw Dr. Lewis Zegarelli up until 2021 when he sold his clinic and moved to Arlington. Well med bought the clinic and I got stuck with Henry Armstrong. Armstrong and I had personality clash day one. I was being treated for chronic back pain and it was serious enough for me to get Social Security disability when I was 45. So I’m the real deal. I don’t think Armstrong ever took me seriously about my back pain. He messed up my needed prescription for approximately six months in a row. He’d write it wrong or he wouldn’t call it in. He mysteriously vanished in June 2024. Between him and his rude staff and the office staff in general, I just decided to tough out the pain. Nothing’s worth this. Armstrong should not have been a doctor. He was insulting and he accused me of things I never did.

Straight to the point but passionate

I was a patient of Dr Armstrong for 3 mos. I don't know why the insurance got rid of my original Dr because she was so good and personal. This Dr is the reason I'm canceling my insurance. I called the office 3 weeks ago and told him I was in Oklahoma. I called him again a week later and told him he would be my Dr until Nov. I ask him for a refill of my blood pressure medicine. In fact it was 3 weeks ago that I ask him. He waits until the day that he syops being my Dr to have one of his ofc staff to have me to come in. I told you I had move. I told you that I needed the prescription filled. You had a ofc member call me for an appointment. You cancel my blood pressure medication and I told your ofc staff that it will be two weeks before I see a Dr. He does not take care of his patients. But if you have some gossip for him and a long time patient he ready for that. I hate my insurance got rid of my Dr. She was the greatest. I took a bus and train to go see her. This Dr if he practiced… across the street I still wouldn't go to him. He chose ofc gossip over my care. Now I'm out of medicine. I was a county nurse for 35 years. Beleive me-he and his ofc staff are TERRIBLE. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

I had n emergency room visit, due to a broken risk and was assigned Dr. Armstrong as a primary care physician. I have called 10 times a day and left messages. You can never reach a live person and the recording does not give you any options. I have never had this poor of service, in any expiration I can remember. if you have any medical issues, I would choose any other office but this one.

He is just terrible, not sure if he is a real doctor, when I have my appointment, I here usually 3 to 4 hours for a 10 min visit. His patience thinks he back here seeing maybe 10 patience probably that is why they are still waiting out in the waiting room. When he is over here with another patience conversations about bullcrap.

I WOULD CHOOSE DR. ARMSTRONG AGAIN... OFFICE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND DR. ARMSTRONG HAS VERY GOOD DR MANNERS. HE TAKES THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS - NOT ONLY FOR ME BUT FOR MY FAMILY AS WELL.

Dr. Armstrong spends the time one on one listening and recommending therefore the wait is longer than I would like. In comparison I have seen other Drs promptly but they leave so quickly if I do not have all my questions or concerns written down it is too late.

While I believe that Dr Armstrong is a fairly good doctor. His office staff is less than professional. The wait time, even with an appointment is more than 1 hour. For the past week I have attempted to make an appointment with not luck in getting anyone to call back. their after hours voice mail is on during normal business hours
