Patients beware with this doctor and the clinic at 757 60th St, Brooklyn. They submit your blood test to their own lab and an out of network lab without your consent.

Condescending, non informative, rude, and lacks bedside manner. When asked to assist in explaining abnormal lab results he told me he was not a professor and that I should go back to nursing school and at the same time stating that he physically did not even have the chart in hand at the time I had contacted him at the office because the “front desk” was already closed.

Dr Chen only cares how to bill the insurance not the patient health. He is a business man,

I've never heard of such a doctor like this. The only thing he touches is his computer and the nurses/assistants do all the work interacting with the patient. He prescribes a lot of unnecessary procedures just to bill the insurance up to the max. I understand the patient has no out of pocket expense but this is ridiculous.

told me 360 tablets;gave me 30;chen used wrong lab;lab now wants me to pay;chen didnot use my insured lab!!!;never exams patients;clerk does that;only touch me when i made himshake my hand;never touches patients;lie after lie; broken promises;polite but lies!!!wants me to pick up lab reports; tild him and staff,i live 6 hrs awSy!

lied:gave me 30 pills ,promised360.lied:did not send reports,til i repeated5times that i live6 hrs drive away.(i will not come to office to give$25 copay ,just to get a hand delivered fax.)never touched me;no exam;nurse technician took no blood pressure:no one is ever physically touchedby him, ask anyone.used wrong lab,tried to make me pay due to wrong lab used.no flu shot: wants u to come back so he can charge extra copay forflu shot.many more factorsdr chen sucks......dr henry chen sucks in new york city
