Made an appt for an eye exam for 11:00 am on a Friday and show up on time only to find office closed --staff member made appt for me and then never changed

I have visited Dr. Glick numerous times. He always goes above and beyond and is a true professional! He has helped not only me but many people I know...everyone always says the same thing, above and beyond! Keep up the outstanding work Dr. Glick! I feel great comfort knowing he takes amazing care of me and our friends. The best of the best!!! Five star all the way!!!!!!!

To Henry Glick, Ophthalmologist, My father was a victim of senior abuse and racial discrimination by this guy so called doctor. My dad is a retired professor and psychologist from Colombia highly intelligent, who came to live in the US 5 years ago to spend time with his daughters and grandson ( who is in medical school). He understands some English but is not fluent enough to talk about his current eye health situation, so he wanted some explanation in Spanish to understand better if he needed cataract surgery or not. This doctor was completely unprofessional, rude and a complete RACIST to my dad. He directed his medical assistant not to translate for him and kept saying that it was such a shame that someone who has been living in this country for so long and couldn’t speak English. He kept saying to my dad ” I DON’T SPEAK SPANISH” I CAN’T ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS, and directed the assistant over and over again not to translate. To make matters worse he didn’t do all the… tests my dad needed and told him that he needed to come back and pay extra money. My dad was humiliated and discriminated against for not speaking fluent English. As a professional dealing with all kinds of people with different backgrounds I don’t think you should have a practice in Coral Springs, Florida. Move to a place where they only speak your language, I hope you find it!
