Dr. Henry Lytle Harrell III, MD

I have been seeing Dr Harrell for over 10+ years. He never seems to be rushed always listens attentively and answers all my questions. Extremely knowledgeable physician. In my 10+ years I have never had a long wait when scheduling an appointment.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Harrell's almost since the beginning of his career. My mother is also his patient. He truly cares about each individual and takes the time to listen to concerns and answer questions. He doesn't hesitate to recommend specialists when necessary and works with those colleahues to assure a good patient outcome. We appreciate greatly his speaking out about the opioid crisis, as doctors know both the science and patients who are affected. We highly recommend Dr. Harrell.

Doctor or politician ?

A quick research of the so called opiod crisis reveals prescription drugs are not the problem. And if they were, wouldn’t the doctors , who prescribe them for the freebies they get, be the real problem?

Political statements

If you’re a Democrat, or liberal, no problem, you’ll come out alive. If you’re conservative, probably won’t survive. His ad is on tv now where he expresses his views.I am now skeptical of Heritage Medical to have someone in this practice who, as he said of others, their practice can cause people to die. It applies to doctors.

I've been under Dr. Harrells care for 14 yrs and have been very pleased with him and his staff especially nurse Joy. I would suggest them to anyone and have may times.They are Godly caring people.

I think he's very smart and does a great job taking care of me and his patients.
