Dr. Henry Rivera Kaw JR., MD

From the get go I wasn't getting a good vibe from this place. Felt rushed when I saw the doctor on my visits (which is not too unusual in any doctor office given that they are very busy, but still annoying). The doctor didn't even ask about my cough on the second appointment, not thorough at all. But what really sucked was this. After going a 3rd time, this time to get my first of 3 MMR vaccines, they realized they weren't taking Oscar insurance patients anymore and advised me of that. Although annoying, I understood but asked if they can at least finish (and cover) my MMR vaccines. They said they would not cover the vaccines. Then I asked to let me know how much it would cost because it was important for me to get the vaccines regardless. They didn't call back, I had to call them back. And it turns out my first vaccine is now void since the 3 shots have to be given in certain intervals which I'm now past because of all this mess Overall not a good experience. I don't recommend… this place one bit

A nice place to be cared for. Couldn't be happier with Dr. Kaw and his staff. They run a tight ship and are super organized, always smiling and pleasant. Dr. Kaw and his staff are always very attentive and would address every concern I had in detail. I never felt rushed out the door or like I didn't have an opportunity to discuss my problems with him.

Dr. Kaw is extremely efficient. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes time in explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan.

He is genuinely caring, friendly, and has excellent bedside manner. Extremely knowledgeable with a fantastic attitude. Actually listens to my concerns. Very impressed with him. Office is cozy, parking is just outside the building. I won't see any other doctor now that I have discovered Dr. Kaw. A fantastic experience. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Dr. Kaw is very amiable doctor. He is one of these few doctors that personifies a patient rather than dealing with "quantity/numbers". He shows respect and courtesy to patients and dedication to the field of medicine. Highly recommended!

He has excellent communication skills. He explain tests, diagnoses, and why medications are prescribed, etc. Has a logical reason behind each test and medication. Most importantly he cares for me as a person.
