Dr. Henry Lewis III, MD

Hands down the best doctor he saved my sons life after Dr. Eades ignored me that I knew something was wrong and now Lewis is delivering my second baby in a couple weeks and he is still just as awesome! He listens and is patient

I finally found a doctor who listens to me. I became a patient this year, and I’m thankful I did.

He is a good Dr. but the nurses do everything. I had my baby a year ago via c section. He never did an exam before the baby was born. When I had my c section he came and checked on me but stayed 2 minutes was always in a hurry never checked my incision in the hospital. When you call to ask about a refill or changing something on it he does not call back.

Dr. Lewis is very personable and treated my aging mother with great respect. His staff was fantastic and extremely patient with her. At no time did we feel rushed or pushed during the appointment. Dr. Lewis took into consideration her age and well being when making suggestions for her continued health. I highly recommend Dr. Lewis and will bring my mother back if needed.

Dr Lewis is a very great doctor, unfortunately I don't live in vernal anymore.He is understanding and he really pays attention to my concerns and needs.He also was my daughter's OB doctor and and was great with her and was very professional threw her pregnancy and when she delivered :-)

The only disappointing thing I have is that I think he needs a different nurse. She seems very disorganized and I have to call time after time to get my own tests results she can't seem to keep things straight. I have to tell her what he needed done and it has taken months to complete simple tests and my own calling for weeks to ask what the results are of things that are quite worry-some at my age. But I love Dr. Lewis I have every faith in him but he definitely needs different staff.

Overall, I have been disappointed with my experiences with this office. I think that the staff is nice and the doctor himself is great at what he does; however, the office is not run efficiently. I have had 4 appointments thus far and every single one of them has taken a minimum of an hour and a half. I wait approximately half an hour in the waiting area, but an additional half and hour or more is done in the room itself after they call me back. They even gave my room to a different patient once when I was in the bathroom giving a urine sample. Adding to my frustration with the long waits is the fact that they have lost my blood work. I had to give a second blood sample for the Spinal/Neural defects testing because they did not know what happened to my sample. When I asked about the results of the test from my previous visit, they questioned whether or not I really had the sample taken because they had no record of having taken the sample at all. Nice only goes so far. They can… use some extreme improvements on running an office.
