Santiago Bibian 5 reviews I received 2 bills for a single visit that lasted tops 5 minutes. I went in person to the office after I received the first bill to question the charges since it was itemized for a bunch of charges and each one saying that the doctor spent 15 minutes each, when in reality I spent only 5 minutes. At the office they only take cash, which it is weird since almost every business takes card. When I offered to pay with 2 50 dls bills the receptionist told me she didn't have change. So I left her almost 2 dollars in change. Last week I received another bill $18.73 for Alcohol screening. I Went to the office today and when trying to pay cash the receptionist charged me $20 dls, when I asked her why $20 dls and not $18 she replied "because we don't have change". So, when I offered them to pay with quarters she said "money is money". But once she saw the amount of coins she said, give me $20 and I'll give you 2 dls back. At this point I decided not to play her game and… told her that she had accepted to take quarters and I was done counting. She refused to take the change, so I left her all the coins on the counter and told her she was paid.

I hardly go see this doctor because every time I have gone he sees me for a total of 5 minutes or less. And all the while he dosent write anything down just listens to what you have to say and seems to be very non chalanet about concerning issues I have had. He dosent even mention what it is he thinks might be ailling me also he is very hesitant anytime I have asked to see a specialist it’s always a hassle to get him to agree or try a new medication. I have had this issue with him since the first time I went to him and my family reports the same thing because we have all been seen by this doctor. Apparently his father cared a lot about his patients from what my parents have told me however I have been considering changing doctors because of this. It almost seems as though he doesn’t even want to be their.

Amy who answers the phones does not let you speak with the Dr. Or even pretend to ask him anything before she asks alot of questions then she gives her advice. She is not the doctor and should not be giving out medical advice or making decisions for the Drs patients. this is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. Unfortunately I really liked the doctor but will not put up with this.

Excellent team! Dr Shang Liao and son Dr. Henry Liao are wise and take care of each problem with expertise and kindness. My husband and I have known the knowledgeable team for years, and they're always right on. The office staff of Jackie and Paolo are equally professional and caring, and Mrs. Liao is quietly behind the scenes working hard for each patient, We are very pleased and give top recommendations.
