Dr. Henry N. Pleasant, MD

These offices manager by Dr. Pleasant are a disaster from my view. I was told a service had been moved to the WAKE HEALTH MEDICAL GROUP (1 hour away) and my records were received and I was approved for a FEMI-LIFT. When I arrived, the RN said she had no records and would not honor the price I was given on the phone, I asked for the office manager, who was rude, and told me to call the other office to figure out what the problem was. The phones rolled over to them, and they denied being a part of the other office, they would not honor anything or even turn on the laser for under $500. The price I was quoted was 399 per visit. It felt like I took off work early, drove an hour, FOR EXTORTION. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Best doctor you could hope for - I truly felt he cared about me. He followed up when I didn't schedule next appointment. Very few doctors do that anymore.
